Certificat de formation préparatoire au travail (CFPT) (Certificate of Pre-trade Training)
Definition: Document issued by the Quebec government on completion of a training program for students aged 15 or older who have not developed the requisite skills expected in elementary school. This program has a duration of three years and allows such students to continue their academic training (French, English, mathematics, etc.). It also provides hands-on training with on-the-job practicum to allow socioeconomic inclusion.
